December Yoga Challenge days 10 and 11, downward facing dog (with a twist!) and shoulder stand (with lotus variation).  

Stick your butt in the air like it’s nobody’s business. Try to relax in this pose.

I could relax in this pose all day long. (:

Feel the support of this pose in your back and hips. How does it feel to be upside down? 

I love being upside down! I love shoulderstand because it’s one of the poses that gives me confidence in supporting myself- especially with this lotus variation. xo
