The best way to improve your balance and flexibility is to practice regularly. Ideally, practicing daily will provide you with the best results. If you have a busy schedule like many of us do, even three times a week will help you improve quickly! Patience and dedication are your greatest tools. So happy to hear you’ve started practicing!
