I am an avid yogi as well and I practice daily, almost without fail. But, like everything, your practice is subject to ups and downs. I have definitely experienced long periods of time where I felt uninspired and slacked a bit. At first I beat myself up over it because I thought I was losing discipline, but earlier this year I took a break for several weeks and found myself even more flexible than before. Sometimes our bodies just need a break, even from yoga. Every time this has happened to me I have always found my way back to practicing daily within a fairly short amount of time. My suggestion is to allow yourself a break, but instead of completely neglecting your practice, try meditating for a short period each day- really focusing on clearing your mind and revitalizing, regaining intent for your yoga practice. Hopefully this will help relieve some of your anxiety about the physical aspect of yoga as well.
